If you are dissatisfied with your order or there is a fault/damage, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to raise the issue with us (contact us on: customersales@heliology.co.uk), you then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

Any products that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective.

We will reimburse the cost of shipping for faulty, damaged or defective products (this will be added to your refund so please ensure you send us proof of postage).

You are responsible for shipping costs if returning an item which is not faulty, damaged or defective.

Products being returned should be in their original packaging (unless too damaged to use), they should also be adequately protected inside the parcel.

Any products lost in transit will only be refunded if you provide proof of postage.
