We are Busybee Sellers Ltd, trading as Heliology. What information we collect, how we collect
it and how we may use it via the Heliology website may include:

  • Personal details you knowingly provide, such as name, address, email address and phone
    number.

  • When making a purchase, it may be necessary for our bank or card processing agency to
    verify your details for authorisation. These details will not be used for anything else.

  • Your preferences and use of email updates, recorded by emails we send you (if you have
    subscribed to hear from us)

  • Your IP address (a series of numbers unique to your computer) is recorded by the web server
    when you access pages or request components on our website. This information is used to
    monitor your usage of the website.

  • Data recorded by the website which recognises you and your preferred settings, preventing
    you from having to re-enter information when returning to the website. This is recorded locally
    through the use of cookies. Most browsers can be programmed to reject, or alert you to
    downloading cookies. Information regarding this can usually be found in your browsers' 'help'
    facility.

How will we use your information?

We will use your personal details to process your orders and provide after sale services, such as
delivery updates. Occasionally, we may need to pass on your information to other companies,
purely for administrative purposes. Under no circumstances are these third party companies be
allowed to use your information for their own purposes.


Once sales are successfully completed (delivered safely and timely), we will not store any of
your personal details unless you have subscribed to updates and newsletters.
